About FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE
FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE is a single-player role-playing game from Square Enix and LANCARSE, done in a pixel-art style that builds on the look of the classic Final Fantasy games. You journey with a band of companions brought together by destiny, summoning powerful Visions to help in fights while you uncover what lies behind a threat to the whole world. It has full controller support. The makers give its release date as 22 October 2026. It is rated PEGI 12. The makers recommend a GTX 1650, RX 5500 XT or Arc A580 and 8 GB of memory, so a mid-range gaming PC runs it well.
What FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE needs
In plain words: to play at all it needs basic graphics: built-in graphics on a modern processor, or an old entry-level card, and to play it well the makers suggest an entry-level graphics card, with 8GB of memory.
| Part | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Graphics card | AMD Radeon™ RX 6400 / Intel® Arc™ A580 / NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 | AMD Radeon™ RX 5500 XT / Intel® Arc™ A580 / NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 |
| Processor | AMD Ryzen™ 3 2300X / Intel® Core™ i3-8100 | AMD Ryzen™ 5 2500X / Intel® Core™ i3-8100 |
| Memory (RAM) | 8 GB RAM | 8 GB RAM |
| Storage | 15 GB available space | 15 GB available space |

Will my computer play FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE?
On most computers we find the graphics card for you. Add your processor and memory, and we will tell you if it plays, and what to upgrade if not.
A low-spec PC or a high-spec PC?
The gap between the minimum and recommended spec is modest, so a mid-range gaming PC gives a good experience.
On a PC that only just meets the minimum, the game will start and play, but on low settings: simpler shadows and textures, shorter view distances and fewer frames each second, so fast moments can feel less smooth. A 1080p screen is the sensible match.
On a PC that meets or beats the recommended spec, you can turn the settings up: sharper textures, proper shadows and lighting, more detail in the distance, and a smoother picture. A stronger PC also lets you use a sharper 1440p or high-refresh screen.
