About Two Point Hospital
Two Point Hospital is a funny hospital management game from Two Point Studios. You design and build hospitals, hire doctors, nurses and other staff, and treat patients with strange made-up illnesses, while keeping everyone happy and the books balanced as you expand across Two Point County. It is single player and supports Steam Workshop mods. It is rated PEGI 3. The makers recommend a GTX 1060 or RX 580 and 8 GB of memory, so a mid-range gaming PC runs it well.
What Two Point Hospital needs
In plain words: to play at all it needs almost any graphics, even the graphics built into the processor, and to play it well the makers suggest a mid-range graphics card from a few years ago, with 8GB of memory.
| Part | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Graphics card | NVIDIA Geforce GT 1030, 2GB (Legacy: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460), AMD RX550, 2GB (Legacy: AMD Radeon HD 6850), Integrated: Intel HD Graphics 630 | NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060, 3 GB (Legacy: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 780, 4GB) or AMD RX 580, 4 GB (Legacy: AMD R9 290X, 4GB) |
| Processor | Intel Core i3 6100 or AMD FX-4350 | Intel Core i5 6600 or AMD Ryzen 1600x |

Will my computer play Two Point Hospital?
On most computers we find the graphics card for you. Add your processor and memory, and we will tell you if it plays, and what to upgrade if not.
A low-spec PC or a high-spec PC?
The gap between the minimum and recommended spec is modest, so a mid-range gaming PC gives a good experience.
On a PC that only just meets the minimum, the game will start and play, but on low settings: simpler shadows and textures, shorter view distances and fewer frames each second, so fast moments can feel less smooth. A 1080p screen is the sensible match.
On a PC that meets or beats the recommended spec, you can turn the settings up: sharper textures, proper shadows and lighting, more detail in the distance, and a smoother picture. A stronger PC also lets you use a sharper 1440p or high-refresh screen.
