About Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest
Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest is a single-player action adventure from Bamtang Games based on the popular Warrior Cats books by Erin Hunter. You design a cat of your own and explore the Lake Territories, hunting, fighting rival Clans and uncovering prophecies, with your choices shaping your story. It has full controller support. The makers give its release date as 23 October 2026. It is rated PEGI 7. It is demanding: the makers recommend an RTX 3070 or RX 6800 XT and 16 GB of memory.
What Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest needs
In plain words: to play at all it needs a mid-range graphics card from a few years ago, and to play it well the makers suggest a modern mid-range graphics card, with 16GB of memory.
| Part | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Graphics card | GTX 1060 / RX 580 or higher | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8GB) / AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT or higher |
| Processor | Quad-core Intel or AMD, 2.8 GHz or higher | Hexa-core Intel or AMD, 3.2 GHz or higher |
| Memory (RAM) | 8 GB RAM | 16 GB RAM |
| Storage | 4 GB available space | 4 GB available space |

Will my computer play Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest?
On most computers we find the graphics card for you. Add your processor and memory, and we will tell you if it plays, and what to upgrade if not.
A low-spec PC or a high-spec PC?
For this game the gap between the minimum and the recommended spec is big, so a better PC makes a very noticeable difference.
On a PC that only just meets the minimum, the game will start and play, but on low settings: simpler shadows and textures, shorter view distances and fewer frames each second, so fast moments can feel less smooth. A 1080p screen is the sensible match.
On a PC that meets or beats the recommended spec, you can turn the settings up: sharper textures, proper shadows and lighting, more detail in the distance, and a smoother picture. A stronger PC also lets you use a sharper 1440p or high-refresh screen.

What graphics card do I need for Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest?
The makers say the minimum is GTX 1060 / RX 580 or higher, and they recommend NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8GB) / AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT or higher. In plain words: a modern mid-range graphics card for a good experience.
How much memory (RAM) does Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest need?
At least 8GB, and 16GB is recommended. 16GB is the sensible amount for a gaming PC today.
Is Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest multiplayer?
It is mainly a single-player game.
Can a gaming PC from Sandbox Computers run Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest?
Yes. 74 of our PCs meet the recommended spec, from £1,550.05. They are built and tested in Worcester.
How we match: we compare the graphics card and the memory in each PC with the makers' spec, because those decide most of how a game runs. For very new or demanding games, ask us and we will check the processor too. More help: graphics cards explained, how much RAM, which screen.
